IOW RECIPIENT of Seventh generation funding

I Ola Wailuanui is pleased to inform that back in April 2024 we received $30,000 in funding from Seventh Generation Fund for Indigenous Peoples. Taken from the “Our Purpose” tab of their website: The primary purpose of our work is dedicated to Indigenous Peoples’ self-determination and the sovereignty of Native nations.

We mahalo those at Seventh Generation who made this possible and for seeing the value in the hana that I Ola Wailuanui is doing to preserve sacred spaces. We also want to acknowledge Seventh Generation for the important hana they are engaged in that uplifts Indigenous voices and causes. I Ola Wailuanui intends to use these funds to sustain operations and plan for future events.
